Meet Gloria Rossi Menedes, owner of BLUE

We interviewed Gloria, a very exciting, bright and charismatic Ashland resident. She and her husband, George Menedes moved to Ashland and opened BLUE, Greek on Granite. They are world travelers and chose Ashland when they moved back to the States from Europe. The restaurant was reviewed by the New York Times as a great place to eat! Gloria recently joined world renowned writer, Jean Huston as her Principal Teaching Assistant! Check out the video of our interview and meet this terrific renaissance woman! Can I just say what a relief to find someone who actually knows what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how to bring an issue to light and make it important.
